Each document is stamped with a unique Digital Stamp that links it to a Web3-generated Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION & ASSET TRANSFERS

When a contract or legal document is sent from one party to another via postal service or electronically, the COA will transfer ownership from the original creator or sender to the recipient.

This process ensures the recipient receives an authentic, verified document and creates an immutable transaction record on the blockchain. All events are recorded on both public and private blockchains.
